Mr & Mrs Silber wanted to free up some valuable space in preparation for a new kitchen installation and modernize the existing heating system.

 

City Gas Services carried out a system update with the Vaillant ecoTEC 938 Aquastore Combination boiler



We removed this Ideal WRS boiler from the kitchen area



The limited space within the kitchen area has now improved

and ready for a new kitchen



This Cylinder cupboard is within the bathroom and taking up

20% of the available space



Now the cylinder and all the associated pipe-work removed, the cupboard structure can be removed making way for a bigger bathroom.

The system update utilises main water pressure

allowing the storage tanks to be removed



Approximatly 1 tonne of water has now been

removed from the loft area

The Vaillant ecoTEC 937 Condensing Boiler with Vertical Flue,

providing the heating and hot water for the Silber family
